- Built an ERP-level field service management platform from scratch in Zoho Creator (Deluge), scaling to 130+ users and 20–40 field crews at 99% uptime.
- Engineered an automated commission payroll system that pulled completed jobs from the ServiceFusion API, reconciled them against crew daily reports, and calculated 500–1,000 commission lines per run — saving 10–20 hours per biweekly payroll cycle (still in production use today).
- Handled the technical side of ~15 acquisitions and mergers across the Krystal/Kept era, ensuring full data continuity with zero business disruption.
- Integrated ServiceFusion, ClickSend, Twilio, Zapier, and Make.com via REST APIs and webhooks, eliminating 7 hours of manual admin per billing cycle.
